Community Circles

Because a community circle is my favorite place to be

Part of our mission is to give back to our community here in Nashville, so I endeavor to allow anyone in the community to experience the many, amazing benefits of being in circle with others, including creating a micro community where members share their stories, dreams, support one another, feel heard and empowered, gain profound insight about yourself, practice listening (really listening!). The more we listen to others, the more we hear ourselves.

Below are my upcoming community circles...

If you haven't watched my IG video on listening check it out

Racial Equity Circle

Coming soon: Join us for a weekly discussion circle where we will explore diversity, equality, especially racial equality, racial discrimination, systemic racism and offer a chance to explore our own racial biases, learn how to be anti-racist, and how/where we can take action towards dismantling racism in our communities, all in a safe, non-judgmental, learning space.

What is a discussion circle? An energetic social container capable of helping a group draw on wellsprings of insight, information and story that inspire personal growth, collective wisdom and action.

Format 1 ½ hour facilitated discussion circle, plus a half-hour solo reflection time where you can walk the beautiful grounds or walk the labyrinth.

Space limited to 7 participants.

Location: Penuel Ridge Retreat Center

Date: TBA

This group has moved to a virtual format because of the shelter in place. Join the FB group for more info and Zoom meeting login details. https://www.facebook.com/groups/531015447789378/

Bi-monthly virtual Zoom meeting, 1st and 3rd Sun. of the month from 10-11am CST. A safe space to discuss our journeys of challenge and growth and learn from, be inspired and empowered by listening to and speaking our unique perspectives in a guided discussion format. Geared toward freelancers, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, independent contractors because it can get lonely and running your own business ain't easy!

A circle meeting, inspired by native traditions, intentionally creates a sacred space. It allows a mutual flow of ideas, support, connection, and personal reflection.
With advanced training in communication and circle facilitation, Megan will be your guide in building a community that creates trust, respect, and belonging.

Mindful Sharing Circle - co-ed. Open to all.
